Dorottya’s career journey began in the UK, where she worked with government entities, charities, and within the criminal justice system. Over time, she transitioned from charity work to government roles and eventually into the corporate sector, gaining valuable insights into the unique challenges each environment presents. Since relocating to Dubai, Dorottya has continued her work with individuals and organisations in private practice and the aviation sector, supporting them in high-pressure, high-risk contexts.
Dorottya is passionate about coaching leaders and neurodivergent employees, with a dedicated focus on fostering employee well-being and promoting sustainable organisational development.
