About
Dorottya is an Integrative Counsellor, Coach, and Business Psychologist with over 13 years of experience across clinical and organisational settings. Now based in Dubai, she offers personalised therapy for individuals alongside bespoke consulting for organisations.
Her approach draws on a diverse background in clinical, forensic, and organisational psychology. Dorottya has worked across education, the criminal justice system (including courts, police, probation services, and prisons), victim support, community rehabilitation, aviation, and private practice. This breadth of experience informs her work with trauma, relationships, identity, leadership, and workplace culture.
Having lived and worked across multiple countries, Dorottya brings a deep understanding of transition, systems, and cultural context. Her work is integrative and tailored, blending evidence-based psychological approaches to meet each client or organisation’s unique needs.
For individuals, she supports those navigating trauma, relationship difficulties, or identity-related challenges. In her work with organisations, she partners with leaders to strengthen culture, enhance team dynamics, and create healthier, more effective working environments.
